Develop a Comprehensive Plan
It is paramount that all treatment plans from various health professionals work together to ensure consistency and effective learning and generalising of skills. Therefore, a comprehensive treatment plan should include all other current therapies accessed by the NDIS participant. PSYCHmatters Plus ensures that all treatment plans compliment current programs allowing for the generalising of skills across all functioning domains relevant to the NDIS participant such as school, occupation, social, recreation or home setting.
In addition, reliable and manageable running records are developed within the treatment plan to allow visual presentation of the NDIS participants’ progress throughout the treatment plan and provide feedback on the effectiveness of the treatment.
