We Assess and Diagnosis in all Areas of Mental Health
We use a variety of assessments to determine the level of psychological functioning of our clients. These assessments help practitioners gather information about what kinds of supports our clients may need to assist them in their daily tasks. Assessments also help to improve treatment, so we are able to develop appropriate and individualised treatment and behaviour plans for our clients.
To start the process, a comprehensive assessment can be undertaken of site observations, testing, and meetings with other previous or current health professionals that would assist in developing a holistic treatment plan suited to the specific needs of the NDIS participant.
This assessment process serves to:
- Diagnose the disability or proof of a mental health condition for application for NDIS funding.
- Generate a report for the NDIS reviews
- Measure the effectiveness of a current treatment plan.
