We Create a Plan in Moving Forward
Once a diagnosis is made or an NDIS review is completed, a plan for moving forward together with recommendations is developed. The development of the plan would involve collaboration between relevant health professionals and the NDIS participant. This process is useful as it provides stakeholders the opportunity to explore various types of skills and experiences the NDIS participant should acquire and develop to function within their environment. This process would maximize the use of funding to benefit the NDIS participant.
