A component of the PSYCHmatters Plus NDIS participant treatment plan includes ongoing meetings and collaboration between stakeholders including professionals’ practitioners and community support groups. This allows for continuous evaluation of the treatment of each element of the plan. This ongoing review of the NDIS participant treatment plan allows for consistency and clarity in the setting and achievement of goals attained by the NDIS participant.
